Waiting Staff provide a warm welcome to guests coming to dine at the hotel. In collaboration with the kitchen and Bar staff, the highest quality drinks and food are prepared then served to our guests, providing an exquisite meal and dinning experience.

Working in an exceptional, first class restaurant, the Restaurant Manager has a hands-on approach, leads from the front and by coordinating the entire Restaurant operation, is a key representative of the Marcliffe Hotel & Spa.

Working in a fast paced and busy kitchen environment and reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for using the highest quality food and finest, freshest ingredients for the preparation and production of foods and recipes for the restaurant and functions.
