BADENTOY BLUE
Soft, creamy blue cheese but not as strong as a stilton, from the Devenick Diary, Aberdeenshire.

CAMBUS O'MAY

AULD LOCHNAGAR
Creamy textured cheddar, aged for 9 months, sharp acidic after taste. Cambus O' May Cheese Company, Aberdeenshire.

CLAVA BRIE
Rich and creamy with a bloomy white rind. The Clark Family and Highland Dairy, Inverness.

GUBBEEN

BEAUFORT
Despite its hard appearance, Beaufort has an irresistibly smooth texture and fruity flavour, similar to Gruyere. Savoie, French Alps.

GOLDEN CROSS
Soft mould ripened unpasteurised goats milk, hand made St. Maure style cheese. Lenes, east Sussex.

TUNWORTH
Hand made pasturised cheese. Thick rind with a rich, creamy yellow interior that gently oozes but doesn't run away. Tunworth, Hampshire..

INVERLOCH GOATS MILK CHEDDAR
Full flavoured hard cheese, aged for three months. Has won awards across Europe and America. Inverloch, Scotland.

PONT L'EVEQUE
One of the worlds ancient cheeses, pasteurised cows mile, rich and soft with full bodied flavour, orange rind. Pont L'Eveque, France.

FEARN ABBEY
Brie style cheese, smooth and creamy with a slightly sweet flavour. Highland Fine Cheese, Tain.


BLUE MURDER
