Soft, creamy blue cheese but not as strong as a stilton, from the Devenick Diary, Aberdeenshire.
This unique hand made cheese is a hand pressed two day cured. The result is a strong, creamy and nutty cheese. Cambus O'May Cheese Company, Aberdeenshire.
A brie style blue cheese made from pasteurized cows milk in the German region of Allgau. A cross between camembert and gorgonzola, is creamy, moist and rich like a camambert with the sharpness of gorgonzola.
A semi hard cows milk cheese made in Cornwall from the milk of Friesian cows. Before being left to mature the cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves to form an edible, though mouldy rind.
From Curworthy Cheese situated in the mid Devon countryside under the shadow of Dartmoor. A full fat had cheese with a creamy light buttery taste but includes red chillies grown by Dartmoor Chilli farm near Ashburton.

A classic sheep's milk cheese made in the French Pyrenees. It is aged for a minimum of ninety days to develop its nutty flavours. Supple and creamy when young and becomes more firm as the cheese ripens. Creamy and buttery in the mouth with flavours of nuts, fruits and herbs.
A French blue cheese, named for its place of origin in the Auvergne region of south-central France. Strong smelling, taste is spicy with flavours of grasses and wild flowers.
Made by Connage Highland Dairy, Ardersier, Inverness. Mild with hidden depths of bitterness. Buttery taste and unique grassy flavour.
From Dunlop Dairy based near Stewarton, Ayrshire. Suitable for vegetarians, made from pasteurised milk. It is a white, soft, fresh cheese with a creamy texture. (Paddy's Milestone is the local name for Ailsa Craig, a volcanic rock which sits out in the Firth of Clyde)
A triple cream French cheese made with pasteurised cows milk. The cheese has a powdery white bloomy skin and an intensely creamy, light, rich, buttery texture
